Peter Panagopoulos is a native son of Queens and brings his passion for New York to all that he does.

Peter graduated from Manhattan College in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering focused on structural design, and his unique background lends him a perspective rare for a real estate agent. 

In addition to being a licensed real estate salesperson, Peter is a licensed home inspector and professional engineer in the state of New York, and also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional, dealing with sustainable design, construction, and operations standards. He has over 10 years of experience in the design and construction of new buildings and renovation projects, and his work as a home inspector has made him an expert in identifying problems affecting both buyers and sellers. Peter has both technical expertise and knowledge that very few agents can offer. 

A multi-family home investor and flipper himself, Peter specializes in multi-family and investment properties. His comprehensive knowledge regarding repair costs, building codes, property management, and best-building practices can help remove any confusion or uncertainty attached to a more complicated sale. His prior job experience has brought him to all corners of New York City and Long Island, giving him in-depth knowledge of various neighborhoods. Peter will be with you from start to finish on your home search, and intimately involved every step of the way. 

When Peter isn’t working you can probably find him traveling. You can catch him hiking trails in South America, scuba diving, or sailing new destinations.
